The BIM Element Overlay lets you visually overlay BIM elements onto 360-degree images or Gaussian splat views of construction sites, enabling accurate progress tracking. This tool enhances accuracy and efficiency by verifying element placement, identifying discrepancies, and supporting real-time decisions, thus improving quality control and streamlining workflows for faster issue resolution and smoother project flow.

Enter Side-by-Side Comparison Mode: Switch to the side-by-side comparison mode to view the BIM model and the 360-degree image/Gaussian splat side-by-side.

Toggle to Overlay Mode: Activate the overlay mode to superimpose the BIM elements onto the real-world view.

Select BIM Elements: Choose specific elements from the BIM model that you want to overlay.

Visualize Overlaid Elements: The selected BIM elements will be accurately positioned and oriented on top of the 360-degree image or Gaussian splat.

Toggle Element Visibility: You can easily toggle the visibility of individual BIM elements to focus on specific areas or comparisons.

1. Enter Side-by-Side Comparison Mode: Switch to the side-by-side comparison mode to view the BIM model and the 360-degree image/Gaussian splat side-by-side.
2. Toggle to Overlay Mode: Activate the overlay mode to superimpose the BIM elements onto the real-world view.
3. Select BIM Elements: Choose specific elements from the BIM model that you want to overlay.
4. Visualize Overlaid Elements: The selected BIM elements will be accurately positioned and oriented on top of the 360-degree image or Gaussian splat.
5. Toggle Element Visibility: You can easily toggle the visibility of individual BIM elements to focus on specific areas or comparisons.
