The Progress Overview page provides a comprehensive view of your project's progress. However, you might want to focus on specific timeframes. Here's where the date filter comes in handy:
Locate the "Date" Section: On the Progress Overview page, locate the "Date" section with filtering options.
Choose Your Timeline: Click on the date field to reveal a dropdown menu displaying various timeframes:
This Month: View progress data for the current month.
Last Month: Analyze progress for the previous month.
This Week: Focus on progress achieved within the current week.
Last Week: Review progress from the last week.
Custom: Define a specific date range for a tailored view.
Simply click on the desired timeframe option to filter the progress data accordingly.
Custom Date Range: If you choose "Custom," you'll be able to specify a date range using the provided calendar interface. Select your start and end date to personalize the view.
Exporting Reports for Further Analysis
The Progress Overview page offers valuable data, but sometimes you may need a downloadable report for detailed analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
Access Export Options: Look for the "export" option on the Progress Overview page.
Note: Currently, you can only download CSV version of the reports, other formats are going to be added in the future enhancements
Initiate the export process. The downloaded report will be saved on to your device used to download from.
This report provides a detailed record of the filtered progress data, allowing you to dive deeper into specific timeframes.
