Need to add multiple users to your project quickly? Our "Import Users" feature allows you to upload a CSV file of email addresses, streamlining the process.
How to Import Users:
Locate and click the "Import" button within the "Add Members" section of your project.
Upload Your CSV File:
A new screen will appear, providing options to:
Upload a CSV file from your computer.
Download a template CSV file to ensure correct formatting.
Note: Your CSV file should contain only email addresses, one per line.
Review Extracted Email Addresses:
After uploading, a dialog box will display all email addresses extracted from your CSV file.
This dialog functions similarly to manually adding members by typing.
By default, all imported users are assigned the "Viewer" role.
You can change the role for each user using the dropdown menu next to their email address
Handling Invalid Emails:
Invalid email addresses will remain in the input field.
A status column will appear next to each invalid email, explaining the issue (e.g., incorrect format).
Next to each email address, you'll see informative messages indicating:
If the user has already been invited.
If the user already exists in the system.
If the user has not yet signed up.
