What is the "Out of Scope" Feature?
The "Out of Scope" feature enables you to visually differentiate and exclude specific assets on your floorplan from active progress monitoring and calculations. This is particularly useful for assets that are not relevant to the current tracking phase, are temporarily removed, or are simply not part of the scope you wish to measure.
How to Mark an Asset as "Out of Scope":
On your project's floorplan, click on the individual asset that you wish to designate as "Out of Scope."
Locate the "Out of Scope" toggle or option within the asset's details panel or contextual menu.
Click or toggle the option to mark the asset as "Out of Scope." The asset's color on the floorplan will change to dark grey, visually confirming its status.
Here are the capabilities and Behaviour:
"Out of Scope" assets appear in dark grey on the floorplan for easy recognition.
All assets are marked "Out of Scope" by default until explicitly set as "In Scope."
Once marked "Out of Scope," the status remains across all past and future captures.
"Out of Scope" assets cannot be accidentally re-tracked or added back.
"Out of Scope" assets are excluded from all progress metrics and reports, ensuring accurate data.
