Overview
The Markup feature allows users to visually annotate Reality Views, BIM models, and design sheets directly while creating notes. Instead of relying only on text descriptions, users can highlight exact areas of concern using shapes, arrows, text boxes, hazard icons, and more.
This helps reduce miscommunication, improve collaboration between field and office teams, and accelerate issue resolution.
Please note the following updates to Reality Note behavior:
While creating a note, the Notes layer dropdown will automatically turn off
Note creation now enters a dedicated note creation mode
Once note creation is completed, the layer state returns to its previous state
Only the Duration setting will turn off the Notes layer
Exported Note Reports will now use the annotated note image as the primary image
Newer exported notes will no longer display the Notes icon in the primary report image
