Completing Setup After Approval

Project Onboarding simplifies the process of creating new projects. This article explains what to expect after your project receives business approval and how to complete the project setup.

Post-Approval Stages

Once your project is approved, you'll encounter different stages depending on your file uploads:

  • Pending Setup: This initial stage indicates that your project is ready for further setup. You can now access the "Project Details" section to upload essential project files.

Uploading Project Files (Complete Setup)

To complete project setup after approval:

  1. Locate the approved project.

  2. You'll likely see a "Complete Setup" button on the project card. Click this button.

  1. This action will redirect you to the "Project Details" section within the left navigation bar.

2. Navigate to the "Hierarchy & Sheets" section. This is where you can upload project- related files like floor plans and sheets. In this section you can also upload BIM models.

You can also add sublevels in this section using the mark next to "+" button. Refer the below image

Once the you select the mark, you will get an option to enter the Sublevel name.

Once the files are uploaded, your project should be ready.

This means your project is ready for use within the platform.

Note: The system allows editing and uploading new files even after the initial setup is complete. You can access these options within the "Project Details" page.
