The Move Image/Pin feature enables users to correct placement errors in project documentation by relocating images or pins to their appropriate locations. Whether an image was uploaded to the wrong spot or a pin was incorrectly placed, this tool helps maintain data accuracy.
Follow these simple steps to move an image or pin in the Track3D platform
Go to the level or floor plan where your image or pin is located.
Click on the image pin on the map that you want to move. After selecting, choose the “Move” option that appears.
Select one of the available move actions:
Move Current Image to a Different Location
Move all the images in Pinpoint to a New Location
On the floor plan click on the location to move the image or pin at the correct location. Click “Confirm” to finalize the move.
Note: This feature is only available for 360 and phone images not for 360 video walks.
