This article introduces the new "Preferences" section within your project settings. Here, you can take control of the notification emails you receive, ensuring you get the updates that matter most and reducing unwanted messages in your inbox.
The "Preferences" section is located under a separate tab within your project details.
Customizing Your Notifications:
Within "Preferences," you will find a table allowing you to manage notification types for various project activities. These activities are grouped for easier navigation:
Project Updates: Notifications related to overall project progress, including updates on structure, design additions, and new versions.
Tasks: Stay informed about task assignments, de-assignments, and deletions.
Issues: Receive alerts for assigned and de-assigned issues, along with updates regarding comments and attachments.
Capture Related: Manage notifications related to capture processing, snapshot updates, and capture readiness for viewing. Uploader notifications (currently for drone captures) are also included here.
For each notification type within the groupings mentioned above, you can toggle a switch to turn on or off email notifications for that specific activity. This allows you to create a personalized notification experience suited to your needs.
