The Public Share Links feature allows you to generate unique, shareable links for specific project realities. These links can be shared with individuals outside of your organization, providing them with direct access to the shared content without requiring a login.

  1. Locate the "Share" Icon: Navigate to the desired project reality and locate the "Share" icon.

    Note: This is shown only in reality mode

  1. Generate a Share Link: Click on the "Share" icon to open the share link popup.

  2. Choose Share Mode: Select your preferred share mode:

    • Current View: Share the entire current view, including all visible elements.

    • Current Level: Share only the current level and its associated data.

  1. Generate & Copy the Link: Once the link is generated, copy it to your clipboard.

  2. Share the Link: Paste the link into an email, chat message, or other communication channel.

Notes: Shared links remain active until you disable them in the "Project Settings" section. This is a permanent action that cannot be reversed.

Public Sharing Link Enable/Disable

Overview

As a project owner, you have the control to enable or disable public sharing for your project. Disabling public sharing will permanently revoke all existing shared links. It will auto-enabled when you create a new link in reality.

How to Use

  • Navigate to the "Project Details" section and find the section dedicated to shared links.

  • Toggle Public Sharing: Enable or disable the public sharing option using the provided toggle button.

Important Considerations

  • Disabling public sharing will remove permanently all existing shared links.

  • Be cautious when disabling public sharing, as it may affect external access to your project.

By utilizing these public sharing features, you can enhance collaboration, improve accessibility, and streamline communication with external stakeholders while maintaining control over your project's data.
