Creating and Managing Notes on the Progress Page

Creating a New Note

  1. Click the "Notes" button in the top navigation bar.

    Click the "Create Note" button.

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • Title: A concise title for the note.

    • Description: Detailed information about the note.

    • Attachments (optional): Upload relevant images or documents.

  3. Click "Create" to save the note.

Viewing Notes on the 2D Progress Page

  1. Go to the specific floor plan you want to view Look for note icons on the floor plan. These indicate the presence of notes for that specific area.

  2. Click the "Note List" button to see a list of all notes associated with the current level.

  3. Click on an individual note to view its details, including the title, description, and any attachments.

    Hiding and Unhiding Notes

  1. Click the "Hide All" button in the top navigation bar to hide all note icons.

  2. Click the same "Hide All" button (now acting as an "Unhide" button) to reveal the hidden notes.
