The Users module allows administrators to efficiently onboard team members, manage access, assign permissions, and control project participation. With features such as invitations, groups, and permission roles, admins can ensure secure and structured platform usage.
Invite users via email or CSV

Invite Users via Email :-
Enter the user’s email address to send an invitation. The system will Highlight invalid or non-allowed email domains.Notify you if the user already exists
Important: Invitation links remain valid for 72 hours. After expiration, a new invitation must be sent.
Add Multiple Users via CSV:
Download a sample template before uploading
Invalid domains are flagged
Duplicate users are identified
Entries with missing or incorrect fields are ignored
After upload, you will see how many entries were skipped due to formatting issues.
Admins can elevate permissions directly from the Active Users section.
Regional Admin
Must be assigned at least one region. If no regions exist, create one first.
Grants Super Admin–style access within selected regions (excluding organizational settings).
Project Admin
Must be assigned at least one project. Provides elevated access within selected projects but excludes; Organization settings;Global user section;Overview, Captures, Notes, and Activities
Super Admin
Created only by the internal backend team. Has full platform access.
