Project Approval :- The Project Approval feature enables Super Admins and Regional Admins to review newly created projects and decide whether to approve or reject them. This ensures better governance, prevents unauthorized project creation, and maintains organizational standards.

  • Maintain control over projects created within your organization or region

  • Ensure projects meet operational requirements before activation

  • Improve data quality and reporting accuracy

  • Establish accountability with mandatory rejection reasons

Only the following roles have access to project approval:

Super Admin
Regional Admin

How Project Approval Works:

When a project is created within your organization or assigned region:

  • The project becomes available for review. Admins can view project details before making a decision. Approval actions are accessible directly from the project card. A persistent banner inside the project provides quick access to approval controls.

What Happens When a Project Is Rejected?

  • The project remains inaccessible for active use. The creator may need to update project details and resubmit it for approval. The rejection reason is recorded for audit and communication purposes.

    Manage Regions:
The Manage Regions feature allows you to structure projects geographically, making it easier to assign responsibilities and monitor progress.

View a list of all regions :-
