Overview
The Orthomap Download feature allows users to export and print orthomaps directly from the platform for on-site reference and coordination. This functionality mirrors the existing Download Screen capability available for 360 captures and provides a simple way to generate downloadable snapshots of the current orthomap view.
When exporting an orthomap, the downloaded file captures exactly what is currently visible on screen, including any active measurements. This makes it easier for field teams to share visual references, print maps for trailers or job sites.
How to Download an Orthomap Report:
Navigate to the project and click on the orthomap icon from the bottom right corner of the screen and open the desired orthomap.
Pan and zoom the orthomap to display the exact area you want to export.
Note: Any visible measurements currently displayed on the screen will be included in the exported file.
Click the Download Screen option from the orthomap viewer toolbar. From where you can download it as an image for the current screen viewer, you can also download it as PDF or receive the same report as email.
Once donwload PDF is selected you will receive a pop up to change the name of the report and also add any notes if required
Select one of the available export formats:
PDF — Generates a printable document containing the orthomap image.
PNG — Downloads the current orthomap view as an image.
Once the export is processed, the file will automatically be downloaded to your device. You can then:
Print the orthomap for field use
Share it with project teams
Attach it to reports or documentation
