Generating a Offline Deliverable:
This article guides you on how to access and navigate the project offline delivery, which provides a comprehensive visual overview of the project. The document is delivered as a single folder containing an HTML page that allows you to explore floorplans, video walks, and pinpoint captures.
Send an email to [email protected]
Clearly state the name of the project for which you need the offline deliverable in the email.
Monitor your email inbox for a message containing a unique access link to the generated report. This typically takes up to 24 hours.
Click the provided link within 7 days of receiving the email.
Note: If you do not access the link in 7 days then the link will get deactivated and you need to ask for another link
Accessing and Navigating the Project Offline Deliverable
Upon generation, you will receive a link to a zip folder containing the project offline delivery. Folder shown in the screenshot below:
Note:Users should open the file corresponding to their operating system (e.g., double-click the Windows file if using a Windows system, and follow the same approach for other operating systems).
Once the files are extracted from the zip folder, the files are downloaded to your system and the extracted files can be viewed and accessed from the folder itself and not only by using the HTML link.
Navigating the Offline Deliverable:
Upon opening the HTML page, you will typically see a dropdown menu or similar interface to select the Level of the project you wish to explore.
There will also be an option to select a Date. By default, the system will usually display the data from the latest available date. Choose the desired level and date to view the corresponding information.
View Floorplan with Interactive Elements:
Once a level and date are selected, the architectural floorplan for that level will be displayed.
You will also see interactive elements overlaid on the floorplan:
Video Walk Icons: These icons represent locations where 360° video walks were captured.
Pinpoint Icons: These markers indicate specific points of interest where 360° images or mobile images were taken.
Exploring Video Walks
On the floorplan, click on any of the video walk icons.
The screen will split into two sections:
Left Side: Displays the floorplan with a reposition icon. This allows you to understand the current viewpoint's location on the overall floorplan.
Right Side: Shows the 360° panoramic image captured from the selected video walk location. You can typically pan and zoom within this 360° view.
A button labeled ‘Open in new window’ will be available. Clicking this will open the 360° image in a separate browser window for a larger view or easier multi-tasking.
Exploring Pinpoint Captures (360° Images/Mobile Images)
On the floorplan, click on any of the pinpoint icons.
A pop up window will appear on the screen, displaying image associated with that specific pinpoint location. These could be 360° images or standard mobile images.
Click on any the options available within the panel. The screen will then split into two sections:
Left Side: Displays the floorplan with a reposition icon, indicating the pinpoint's location on the overall floorplan.
Right Side: Shows the selected image (either a 360° panoramic view or a standard mobile image). For 360° images, you will likely be able to pan and zoom.
A button labeled ‘Open in new window’ will be available. Clicking this will open the selected image in a separate browser window.
Handling Missing Data:
No Floorplan or Design: If a selected level has neither a floorplan nor any design information available, a message “No Data Available” will be displayed.
Floorplan Present but No Captures: If a floorplan is available for the selected level and date, but there are no associated 360° video walks or pinpoint captures (360°/mobile images), a message will be displayed along with the floorplan: “No 360 video or phone/360 image available.“
