This article introduces a new feature designed to streamline your user onboarding process: User Invitation Tracking. This functionality empowers you, as an admin, to gain better visibility and control over invitations sent to potential team members.

This feature provides a dedicated section within your project settings where you can manage all user invitations. You'll find a clear distinction between two tabs:

  • Members: This tab displays a list of users who have successfully signed up and joined your project.

  • Invited: This tab focuses on users who haven't yet accepted their invitations.

  • Improved Visibility: Easily see who has been invited to your project and their invitation status.

  • Enhanced Control: Effortlessly resend invitations to users who may not have received them or haven't yet responded.

  • Streamlined Onboarding: Ensure a smoother onboarding experience by proactively following up with unresponsive invitees.

Using the Invited Tab:

Within the "Invited" tab, you'll find the following functionalities:

  • Invitation Details: View key information such as the recipient's email address and the date the invitation was sent.

  • Resend Invite: With a single click, you can resend the invitation to a user who hasn't yet signed up.

  • Multiple Project Invitations: If a user has been invited to multiple projects within Track3D, the "Invited" tab will display the invitation date for each specific project.

  • Original Invitation Time: When resending an invitation, the original invitation time is retained.

  • Sender Notification: Upon resending an invitation, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating the recipient's email address, project name, and invitation date.
