Overview is a centralized dashboard that provides a high-level summary of users, projects, captures, notes, and activities across your projects. It helps you quickly understand what is happening on the platform and identify areas that may require attention.
Monitor schedule adherence and project performance.

Get real-time visibility into project activity.
What You Can See in Overview
Schedule Adherence:
Displays how well project stages are tracking against planned schedules.
Note: The system health calculation depends on schedule data configured for each stage.
Active Projects:
Total count of active and inactive projects
Newly approved projects in the current week (Monday–Sunday)
Clicking the datapoint redirects you to Projects → All Projects with the relevant filters applied.
Active Users :-
Active users: Logged in at least once on the current date (based on selected time zone).
Total users: All live users on the platform (excluding invited users).
% change: Comparison with the previous day .
Time zone selector: Defaults to local time but can be adjusted
Navigation: Clicking this card opens the Activities section filtered for login events.
Capture this week:
Track capture progress with three statuses:
Yet to Upload: Captures taken but not uploaded
Under Processing: Uploaded captures currently being processed
Ready to View: Fully processed and available on the platform
Clicking a datapoint redirects you to Captures → All Captures with filters applied.
Notes this week:
Helps you focus on critical tasks:
High Priority: Notes added this week with non-completed status
Blocked: Notes currently marked as blocked
Due in 7 Days: Upcoming deadlines
Missed Dues: Overdue notes
Clicking a datapoint opens Notes → All Notes with the selected filters.
Recent Activities:
Displays the five most recent platform activities with an option to refresh.
Selecting the title redirects you to the full Activities section.
Project Performance :
Provides a detailed summary of project health, including:
Total stage count
Schedule status (ahead/behind)
Progress indicators (slowed down or stalled)
Projected delays
Ahead schedule: ≥15% ahead
Behind schedule: ≥10% behind
Slowed/Stalled: Based on diagnostic indicators
Projected delay: More than 2 weeks or 10% delay (minimum 7 days)
You can filter and sort projects by name or status.
