The Notes module provides a centralized workspace to track observations, issues, and action items across projects. With advanced filters, visual summaries, and detailed views, users can prioritize work, prevent delays, and maintain project accountability.

  • Filter notes to focus on critical tasks

  • Monitor priorities and deadlines

  • Identify blocked or overdue items quickly

  • Analyze note distribution across projects

  • Download reports for tracking and audits

  • Access detailed information for faster resolution

    The Notes section includes powerful filters that apply across all note data, allowing you to quickly narrow down relevant information.

  • Defaults to the current month.

  • Supports custom date ranges or selecting all dates.

  • Filters notes based on the note creation date.

  • View notes related to specific projects. Focus on high-impact items by filtering based on priority levels.


Due Date

  • Filters notes that have a non-completed status and a due date on or before the selected date. Helps identify urgent and overdue work.


The dashboard provides a high-level view of note activity for the selected filters.

  • High Priority

  • Blocked

  • Due in 7 Days

  • Missed Dues

  • Total Notes

Clicking any datapoint redirects you to All Notes with the relevant filters already applied.

A pie chart visualizes the proportion of notes by priority level, enabling faster decision-making.

The All Notes view allows users to review individual notes and take appropriate action.

  • Status (Active, Completed, Blocked, etc.)

  • Due date

Selecting View Details provides deeper insights:


Export notes based on applied filters for reporting or review. Supported formats:

PDF and Excel. Predefined templates ensure structured data output.
