Captures – Module

The Captures module provides a centralized view of all capture activities across projects. It enables users to filter data, analyze capture trends, and review individual captures to ensure project progress is properly documented.

Key Information available:

  • Quickly filter relevant capture data .

  • Monitor capture activity across projects

  • Identify processing status

  • Analyze capture trends through visual charts

  • Download capture records for reporting

  • Access detailed capture information

  • Yet to Upload

  • Under Processing

  • Ready to View

  • Total Captures

Clicking any datapoint redirects you to All Captures with the selected filters automatically applied.


Narrow down captures by specific projects.


Capture type :

  • Filter by capture formats such as 360 video, drone images, and more.

  • Includes a “Marked as Progress” filter that works independently of other capture type filters

Status: Filter captures based on their processing stage:

  • Yet to Upload

  • Under Processing

  • Ready to View

Capture Cadence

A calendar view highlights dates when captures were uploaded, with visual markers based on capture type. This helps track documentation consistency.


Captures by Type :-

A pie chart shows the proportion of captures by format, making it easier to understand which capture methods are most frequently used.

The All Captures view allows you to explore captures individually and take action when necessary.

​Information Displayed:

  • Capture name

  • Capture type

  • Project

  • Hierarchy / Level

  • Status (Error, Processing, Active)

  • Captured by (user name)

  • Capture date

  • Progress marking indicator


Selecting View Details provides:

  • Capture name and type

  • Project and hierarchy

  • Status

  • Marked as progress (Yes/No)

  • Tags assigned

  • Captured by

  • Capture date

  • Camera used

  • Voice notes count

  • Direct option to View in Project
