This guide will walk you through the steps of accessing and downloading detailed progress data for elements within defined zones. This feature empowers you to gain deeper insights into your project's progress at a granular level.
Viewing Zones on Floor Plans:
First navigate to the level you would like to see the zones created. From the floor plan view click the drop down menu where you will find the "Zones" option. Turn the toggle on to see the zones associated to that particular level
Once the toggle is on, you can see a new tab called 'Zones' from where you can select the zones you would like to see by selecting the particular zone.
Viewing Zone-Based Progress
Access the progress view for your project. Click on the hierachy tab and select desired zone to filter the displayed data.
Once the filter is selected you will the data associated to the zones and you will also a sub total numbers of the selected zones.
View Zone-Specific Data:
Images: Only images located within the selected zone will be visible.
Notes: The list of notes will be filtered to show only those related to the selected zone.
Assets: The assets within the zone will be highlighted and accessible.
