This article explains how to save and manage filtered views in the Track3D platform. Saved Filter Views help you quickly access your preferred progress settings without needing to re-apply filters each time, making it easier to monitor the information that matters most.
To start using saved filters, go to the Progress → Overview page by clicking on the progress button from the left navigation panel
Use the available filters (Hierarchy, Categories, and Date) to refine the progress data you want to view. Once your filters are applied, you will have the option to save the view.
You can save a new filtered view, update/rename an existing one, or create multiple views depending on your needs. The saved views must have unique names. Each user can save views.
If no view is selected, the system will prompt you to save it as a new view.
If a view is already selected, you can either save changes to the same view or save it as a new one.
This allows you to create customized filtered views based on levels, categories, or specific date ranges.
Click on Saved views to see all your saved views. Simply select the desired view, and the system will automatically apply the saved filters. This helps you jump back into your preferred progress view instantly.
From the Saved Filters list, you can rename or delete your saved views.
This helps you keep your saved views organized and relevant to your ongoing project needs.
