Overview
Track3D supports automatic synchronization of floorplans imported from Procore. When a drawing or sheet is updated in Procore, Track3D automatically replaces the existing version with the latest one, eliminating the need for manual uploads.
This allows teams to work with the most current designs without disrupting their workflows.
How Automatic Sync Works
Initial Import from Procore
Floorplans are imported into Track3D through the Procore integration
Track3D records drawing identifiers and version details
Update Detection
Track3D continuously monitors Procore for:
Revised drawings
New versions of existing sheets
Version Comparison
The latest Procore version is compared with the current Track3D version
If a newer version is found, the sync process begins automatically
Automatic Sheet Replacement
The existing floorplan in Track3D is replaced with the updated Procore version
The update occurs without user intervention
The sheet remains associated with the same project
Notifications
When a Procore drawing update is detected:
An email is sent to the design uploader:
The latest version of the sheet has been updated for – {Design Name}.
