Project Summary Dashboard

Overview:

The Home section is a centralized dashboard designed for Project Admins to:

  • Complete project setup requirements

  • Monitor project health,View alerts

  • Track captures and notes activity

  • This section reduces navigation effort and helps you activate and monitor projects efficiently.

Note: The Home section is available only for Project Admins (including Super/Regional Admins). For non-admin users, the existing landing pages remain unchanged.

Completing Project Requirements from Home Page

The Requirements section helps you configure your project and start progress tracking quickly. Requirements are shown in the following order:

  • Hierarchy & Designs

  • Progress Configuration (Progress projects only)

  • Schedule (Progress projects only)

If any requirement is incomplete, the onboarding section remains expanded. If all requirements are complete, it automatically collapses (you can manually expand it anytime).

At least one valid design uploaded for required combinations

BIM and other file uploads are NOT counted. Only valid design files are considered.

How to Add Pending Designs

  • Go to Home

  • Click Add designs

  • View list of

  • Level

  • Sheet type

  • Missing design combinations

  • Click Add Design

  • Upload file via existing design upload flow

Progress Configuration:

Incomplete

No categories added

Incomplete

Categories added but no stages or levels configured

Incomplete

Sheet type missing for at least one configured category

Complete

All categories have stages, levels, and sheet types assigned

How to Add Missing Sheet Types

  • Go to Home

  • Click Add sheet types

  • View list of categories missing sheet types

  • Click dropdown

  • Select an existing sheet type
    OR
    Create a new one

  • Save changes

Status

When It Happens

Incomplete

No schedule file uploaded

Incomplete

Uploaded schedule failed

Incomplete

Missing start/end dates for at least one level-stage

Complete

All level-stage combinations have valid dates

How to Upload Schedule

  • Go to Home

  • Click Add schedule

  • Upload schedule file

  • Validate mapping

  • Save

You can also click on Work Schedules to manage uploaded files.

Progress Alerts

Overview

Progress Alerts help you identify project risks early.

  • Stalled stages

  • Slowed down stages

  • Low confidence assets

  • Over 100%

  • Dependency

These Shows 10 most recent alerts with: Alert name; Alert type; Assignee; Alert date

How to View Alert Details

  • Go to Home

  • Click any alert

  • You will be redirected to the Progress Cumulative page

  • Review and take action

You can also click Go to Alerts to open the full Alerts section.

Captures & Notes Summary

Capture by Type

Capture Cadence

This helps ensure captures are happening as planned.

How to View Capture Alerts

  • Go to Home

  • Locate the alert in Capture Alerts

  • Click the alert

  • You will be redirected to the Views page

  • The affected level will be automatically highlighted

  • Re-upload or fix the capture

Notes Summary:

  • Total daily notes created

  • Total regular notes created

  • Missed notes
    (non-completed and past due date)

  • Notes due in next 7 days
    (Due within current date + 7 days)
