Overview
The Diagnostic Indicators feature automatically highlights zones or stages that may need attention. It helps you quickly identify areas where progress has stopped, slowed down, or is falling behind plan — without manually checking each stage.
Diagnostic indicators appear directly beside categories and stages in your project’s left panel (Progress View) and give you instant insight into site performance.
What the Indicators Mean
Indicator | Color / Icon | Meaning | What You Can Do |
🟥 Stalled | Red | No progress has been recorded since the last capture, even though work had started earlier. | Check if the zone has an active blocker or needs re-capture. |
🟧 Slowed Down | Orange | Progress continues, but at a much slower pace than before. | Coordinate with on-site teams to understand the cause of slowdown. |
⚪️ Behind Schedule | Grey | Actual progress is lagging behind the planned schedule. | Compare with your uploaded baseline schedule to adjust timelines. |
Where You’ll See the Indicators- You can view diagnostic indicators in the Progress View under Cumulative Mode. They appear next to each category and stage, depending on your project view:
Category view (collapsed): Indicators may appear next to a category.
Stage view (expanded): Each stage can display one indicator.
Indicators are only visible for the latest (as-of) date and are hidden in Delta Mode.
